5000.dev offers web development services for a fixed amount of €5000 with a maximum duration of 2 weeks.

2. Order and Payment

• • Fixed price of €5000 excluding VAT
• • Full payment upon order
• • VAT applicable according to current regulations
• • Full refund if not delivered within 14 days

3. Deadlines and Delivery

• • Maximum development time: 14 calendar days
• • Delivery includes: source code, documentation, deployment
• • Full refund guaranteed if deadline is exceeded

4. Warranties

• • Full refund if 14-day deadline is not met
• • Technical support for 30 days post-delivery
• • Commitment to availability for corrections during support period

5. Intellectual Property

• • The client becomes owner of the delivered code
• • Perpetual and worldwide license for the delivered code
• • 5000.dev retains the right to reuse generic components and non-project-specific code

6. Confidentiality

• • Commitment to client information confidentiality
• • Data protection according to GDPR
• • Non-disclosure of project specifications

7. Limitation of Liability

• • Liability limited to contract amount (€5000 excluding VAT)
• • Exclusion of indirect damages
